Just when I think the litigiousness of society has reached a new peak in silliness, it tops itself. And this time, not a private lawsuit, but a state prosecutor, who is actually managing to make headway. My morning surf through Scout's blog included a reference to Julie Amero, the substitute teacher who has been convicted of endagering a minor after spyware popped up pornographic ads on the computer during class.
