The Little Joys of the Entitlement Mentality

Really, really getting tired of arguing with staff members. No, we will not be closed on July 5. It isn't a holiday. You don't get payed for holidays anyway, so you're not getting "gypped." This is a service business. There are dogs to go home out of the kennel, and post-holiday weekend days can be nutz. Every case we see on Monday is one more we don't have to do on Tuesday.
