Boy Toy clothes
Feb. 12th, 2011 02:59 pmI sent John alone to Val Day. The little Pip is still not so hot. I suspect she still has a minor impaction that things are passing around - with a little difficulty. :-( Poor Pippy.
I did not get his German outfit done. But now that I have more time to play with, I may rework a few things.
First - the knee britches are currently rather full, pleated into a waistband and cuffs. Now I'm thinking I should take them in a smidge, remove the pleats, and cut them closer to the body if I want to make them say "German". Yes? No?
Second - While he is tolerant of being dressed up however I choose to dress him, I think he' really prefer to be kitted out in more of a War of the Roses period style. "Fashion in the Age of the Black Prince" is a wee early for that. Suggestions?
