More A&S thoughts, classes, and such
Apr. 14th, 2011 01:54 pmThis is probably going to be a multi-mini post sort of day.
Act 1: SCA A&S
Still debating about doing ANYthing for Regional Faire. Since I'm not likely to try to send anything to Kingdom anyway. Really hating on the whole system right at the moment.
So I'll have to sift through the current categories (making mental notes about necessary revisions all the while) and see what I can pull together if I decide to be bothered.
Meantime, I'm contemplating Fall RUM. I'm thinking of working out a new class:
Advanced (or perhaps should be Intermediate) Smocking Techniques: Honeycomb smocking, the Van Dyke Stitch, and Pattern Darning Over Pleats.
So question: What would seem both appealing and accessible? And should I preceded it with the Intro to Smocking class. Would people feel like they could take the Intro Class and they stay for the more advanced class?
