Weasels'n'Cream

So I've been entertaining myself lately. Mostly by tossing controversial topics (that need discussing) out onto first the Principality interest list and then onto the main Regional list. Somewhat to my surprise, it's turned into a worthwhile conversation, and something may even come of it.

I'm getting ready to take the Principality interest website live, mostly because I think it's time to hoist the banner and see if anybody salutes. Either there is base support, or there isn't. Dragging our feet is just going to cause what support we DO have to will drain away.

I was planning to go to the Regional A&S this weekend, but now it looks like I have to work. (#$@^#. I really hate that nobody else seems to have an work ethic or sense of responsibility whatever. I think I had a sense that this was going to happen, as I just lost the will and felt I shouldn't pre-reg to enter or judge. *grump*

Instead, I think I'll work on my article for the local newsletter. I thinking cakes, jam... maybe also clouted cream? Anybody got any good period recipes? I've got some references, but that's about it. Luckily, I DO have access to non-homogenized milk and crea.
