Interlude I LOVE the Atlantian A&S links. And deeply respect it, since (even with a CMS) it's got to be a bugger to maintain. I wish we had anything like it - but then again, why duplicate the effort when they probably do it better, anyway. /Interlude
The Atlantia A&S links pages have a different range of criteria to what you seem to want to use. For example, I've had links rejected because the link wasn't in English and there weren't enough pictures to make up for that.
You seem to be looking for something where the content would be juried, and edited, and the writers can pull out their sources and justifications if they need to. That's a rather different beast to the Atlantia links list, where anyone can make an account and submit links and the approvers aren't looking for quality of content per se, merely if the information looks on-topic and if it is readable.
