femkes_folliesYeah, I know. I usually have plenty of my own. BUT - speak to me of favorite methods for attatching ruffles to shirt collars and cuffs for late period mens' garb. I've pleated them in before, but they're just not sufficiently obnoxious. What are some other thoughts?
