Five Things I Just Don’t Get:
1. People who think that pet ownership is a right and that "somebody" ought to pay for their care when they get sick.
2. People who seem to have learned that being obnoxious will get them what they want. Especially with "the menials." Closely related are those who feel that I must do whatever they are willing to pay them for.
3. Dollar stores. Yes it's cheap. And you get what you pay for. WHY are the streets littered with these monuments to tastelessness?
4. Motivational speakers. Please, please don't waste your time blowing sunshine up my a**. I'm not unmotivated, I'm realistic.
5. Those who feel that in order to feel better about themselves, they must drag others down. What the *****?

Other Than Money, I Wish I Had More Of:
1. Time to myself
2. More ability to complete home improvements myself
3. Vacation time. I haven't been on vacation for more that about 3-4 days for.....something better than 10 years.
4. Attention span
5. Disney Vacation Club points (you knew that was going to come in somewhere)

Five Least Favorite Words or Phrases:
1. "Well doctor, I was reading on the internet and...."
2. "You mean you're just going to let my dog/cat die?"
3. Not really a phrase - but when I can hear the *cluck, eye roll, sigh* on the phone.
4. I must agree with the Attack Laurel - "I'm sorry, but..." No you're not. If you were sorry, there wouldn't be a "but."
5. "I don't deserve to be treated this way!!" - Um, probably, you do.

N/A - I live a sheltered life.

Five Things I Do Nearly Daily That I Don’t Enjoy:
1. Getting out of bed
2. Taking the ol' vitamins. Blech.
3. Laundry
4. Comb the Muffin's hair. It wouldn't be SO bad, if she'd just sit still.

Five Things I Wish I Had The Chance To Do More Often:
1. Go on vacation.
2. Sew
3. Sit and do nothing sans guilt
4. Spend time with the girlfriends
5. Cuddle with the Muffin when she's not A. Cranky or B. Too wound.

Five Things I Have Actually Done That Sound Like Lies:
1. Found out if it's true that Marines really do more before 9 am than most people do the rest of the day.
2. Managed to kill a dog with Karo syrup (long story, really not my fault)
3. Had people repelling out of my dorm room window
4. Dated a College Hockey player (which only sounds like a lie if you know me)
5. Rode in the "Tour de Bar"
