Happy Veterans Day...

to all who served.
Especially thinking about Uncle Harvey today, who passed away just a few weeks ago. He served in WWII, though he never talked much about it.

And of course, Uncle Jake, who had two silver stars.
Those who served in nervous times and during firefights that weren't necessarily "official" conflicts as well:
Dad, who was in the Navy during the Cuban Missle Crisis.
The hubby, John, who's seen some interesting "incidents" in his ten years in the Marines.
And the rest of the family and friends who've served in peace time and war. Thank you all. Not many these days have the dedication and the drive to do what you've done.
