Mostly because I have a three day weekend. *happy sigh* All I have to do is make it through today. Well, and tonight. I'm on call, but it's been dead quiet so far.
This morning's bit of entertainment came off a small local list from across the state. A newer SCA newcomer's guide on the web:

I thought it was well done, though quite specific to the West Kingdom. The "Guests Welcome" banners are interesting, though.

Handkissing is indeed an art and I've only had a few gentlemen even TRY it. Luckily, one of them tried it on a friend of mine at her first event. Nearly put her through the floor.
Ah well, off to work. Not much on the books, but two dog spays. Well, that ought to guarantee sore shoulders by 10 AM. After that I can be lazy, though.
