Impromptu morning off

I got a call just as I was leaving home this AM from my receptions. My one surgery canceled, and I have no appts till 3 PM. So I've got a morning off. ;-) I'll try to slide in around 1:30 just in case more stuff piles up this afternoon to do, though.

In the meantime, John and I can work on the chicken coop. And I can start prepping Boo's room for painting. Kewl.

Grrrr.... travel agents.

What part of "I can call you with the deposit on Wednesday" sounded like you could send me an E-mail early Tuesday afternoon saying basically "Ooopsie - your hold expires at 10 PM tonight. Call me with your deposit tonight, or I can see if I can rebook tomorrow."

If I wasn't reasonably sure rebooking wouldn't be a problem, I'd be truly annoyed. It might mean Boardwalk or Yacht Club rather than Beach Club. Which isn't the end of the world. But Beach Club rooms are nicer than the Yacht club, and the Pool is better than the Boardwalk. Though, as we'd like to someday buy into the Boardwalk villas, that wouldn't be the end of the world, either.

Still, I was as clear as a pane of glass on this one. *eye roll*
