First off, does anybody have a GOOD, reasonable authentic recipe for churros y chocolate. Churros seem to mostly be fired pate a choux, and I even have a gluten-free version - though I don't know how it will fry. But the chocolate is more problematic. Most of the recipes I've seen are plain drinking chocolate, rather than the thick almost pudding-like genuine article. *helps* Alesone?

Secondly - does anybody know if Rosalyn MacGregor is still in the mid?
