Small brain dump

The local library gets into their temporary digs on Feb 25th, per the newspaper. So I'll finally be able to pursue some of the ILL stuff I want. Plus, I need to decide whether to ILL or to just drive to Lansing to investigate a number of books. Two are on the history of brewing, for Darling.

And thank you to all who offered their congratulations on my Tree. Nice to be welcomed with such open arms!! You all have only yourselves to blame, anyway. ;-) Since it's the constant encouragement that got me here.

Yeah - while I was at the other end of the event site, politely letting my husband sit in Court for the first time in about 3 years. ;-) So, naturally, he didn't realize he could tell TRMs he'd go fetch me, and went up and accepted on my behalf.

I really have no idea. I'm pretty sure he wasn't sitting with Alaina and Alexander - since they were up front by the silent herald. Honestly, I'm not sure anybody else knew where I was. I just took Anneliese for a walk after Court, and told John to enjoy. ;-)

I did get to apologize to HerRM after Court, since Garth and Kassia were with her and stopped me to ask where I'd been. They may even have explained further, after I left, since they know Anneliese and her inability to sit through a long Court quietly when she's already tired and cranky.
