I can look and see if I've got it. I don't think I was taking TI in '04, though. I'm not sure off the top of my head (especially when I'm half asleep!)

It's on Consensus building, by Master Gareth. Even if you have suggestions on other articles you've seen in publications or online on Consensus building and decision-making in the SCA, I'd appreciate the info.
I think that it's harder within the SCA because so much of the population is nonconformist and proud of it. Plus you're dealing with the 5 Geek Social Fallacies.
